PolyWipes

Description

PolyWipes are a unique non-woven fabric impregnated with a non-toxic aqueous solution designed to safely remove uncured or partly cured adhesives, sealants, including polysulfide and silicone, greases, oils, and other contaminates.

PolyWipes proprietary aqueous formulation is designed to reduce surface tension between the material and the substrate. Once reduced, the wipe picks up the material from the substrate for easy disposal. Since PolyWipes are non-toxic they eliminate the need to use hazardous solvents in the worldplace.

Application

PolyWipes are intended for use at room temperature (68°F-80°F). They can be used to clean up after applying sealant in numerous industries:

Aviation –
PolyWipes to clean up after applying sealant to fuel tanks, access doors, windshields, and any other location on the aircraft where sealants are used.

Marine –

PolyWipes to clean up after applying adhesives in the construction of

fiberglass watercraft and during repair.

Construction –

Uses PolyWipes to clean any excess caulking or sealant from windows, doors, bathrooms and kitchens.

Manufacturers using adhesives or sealants –

Uses PolyWipes to remove excess uncured adhesives or sealants

in manufacturing and assembly processes.

Machine Shops –

Use PolyWipes to remove drilling oils, grease, and other contaminates from finished parts
