PolyGone is a propriety line of non-flammable products that actually digest cured polysulfide from various substrates in a timely, economical, and environmentally friendly manner. PolyGone is easily rinsed away with water. PolyGone does not contain benzyl alcohol or peroxides so it is safe on composites.
How it works
PolyGone penetrates the polymer to cleave it into smaller parts emulsifying the polymer. This emulsification prevents re-deposition and enables easy rinsing.
This is different from “competitor” products that try to dissolve or swell the polysulfide with solvents, this does not work.
